Jack Nikcevich

Jack founded Highway 9 Leadership in 2020. 

For twenty-eight years he worked for Young Life, a youth organization based in Colorado Springs, with the last 16 years serving as the Regional Director of the  Raceway Region (Indiana and Kentucky). During this time Jack became nationally renowned for Leader Development of employees, volunteers, and supporters of the organization. His coaching tree extends to leaders inside of Young Life and in businesses and organizations worldwide. 

Jack defines his Leadership Development philosophy as:

I believe there is a deep, unmet need for something analog, an authentic relationship forged by trust, transparency, and accountability via the coaching process, where real transformation happens. The leadership space is where each of us discovers our gifts and faces our weaknesses, the alchemy of which produces leadership effectiveness.  

Jack’s clients range from Fortune 100 CEOs, C-suite, management, and entrepreneurs - both North American and International. 

Previous to Highway 9 and Young Life, Jack enjoyed a successful business career. He has been married for over 30 years to the amazing Linda. They have two grown daughters and are recent grandparents.
